What’s Possible with Sharon Callahan
I’m a leadership coach, strategic advisor, board director, and former CEO. I work with CEOs, founders, rising leaders, investors, and boards—especially when the stakes are high and the path isn’t clear.

I’ve led companies, owned P&Ls, built teams, and made hard calls under pressure. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of growth, transition, conflict, and reputation. Whether you're navigating a crisis or simply sensing it’s time for change, I help you see what’s really going on and move forward with clarity, courage, and accountability.

I’m also an angel investor, and I currently serve on the boards of GLAAD, Wheaton College, and The Lily House.
My Story
I understand firsthand that it can be lonely at the top—and burnout is real.

As a former executive with a strong track record, one of my greatest challenges was seeing how much I was holding myself back. Working with a coach, I discovered that my greatest strengths were also my biggest weaknesses. When I confronted those blind spots honestly—and with compassion—I unlocked a more successful and fulfilling life than I ever thought possible.

That breakthrough drives the work I do today.

Before becoming a coach and advisor, I led some of the world’s top healthcare communications firms. As CEO of CDM, I transformed a legacy agency into a digital-first partner, driving significant revenue and margin growth. Prior to that, I founded and built TBWA\WorldHealth, growing it to 12 offices across the globe and quadrupling profitability in under four years. I also served as Chief Client Officer of Omnicom Health Group, where I helped double the network’s size, making it the largest healthcare marketing group in the world.

That chapter was incredible. This one is even more meaningful.

I coach with honesty, empathy, and strategic edge. I partner with leaders facing tough transitions, reputational risk, board or team conflict, unexpected feedback, or the internal push to evolve how they lead.

I hold a B.A. in English Literature from Wheaton College and completed my coaching certification at Columbia University. I built my career in New York City and now live in Provincetown with two of my four amazing kids—my greatest joy and daily reminder of what really matters.
