My client relationships are grounded in a mutual commitment to authenticity, curiosity, courage, and vulnerability. I only work with 10 clients per year, so I’m deeply invested in you and our time working together.


Approach: My style is a facilitative process driven by inquiry. I work one-on-one with my clients to create clear goals and actionable insights that guide you past roadblocks and share proven strategies to overcome them. I ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, act as a strategic sounding board, challenge your blind spots, and foster shifts in your thinking to unlock potential.

Board Work

I am an active board member of corporate and philanthropic organizations, including the LGBTQ Victory Fund (Former Chair), GLAAD (Vice Chair), and Wheaton College (Board of Trustees). I previously served as a Director of Vertical Health before it was acquired by TopSpin partners. I’m currently exploring new board opportunities.
